Acceptance of Terms

By using MileSmile, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

MileSmile is a family-friendly app operated by BIXMO SRL that provides interactive games and activities designed to help groups of people have fun together, get to know each other better, and explore new areas together.

User Responsibilities

As a user of MileSmile, you agree to:

• Use the app in a respectful and appropriate manner
• Not create offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content
• Respect other players and maintain a positive environment
• Not attempt to hack, modify, or reverse engineer the app
• Not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Content and Intellectual Property

The MileSmile app, including its games, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without permission.

Content you create within the app (team names, topics, etc.) remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it to provide our services.

AI-Generated Content

MileSmile uses AI technology to generate game content. While we strive for quality and appropriateness, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content.

Family-Friendly Environment

MileSmile is designed to be suitable for all ages. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to content that is not appropriate for a family-friendly environment.

Offline Use

MileSmile can download game content to your device so you can keep playing without an internet connection. The following terms apply to that content:

• Downloading a curated deck's text is free and does not require a subscription.
• Making a topic's questions available offline, and downloading spoken audio for any topic or deck, are premium features and require active premium access — whether through a subscription or a one-time pass. Content you have already downloaded is not deleted when your premium access ends, though you will need active premium access to download more.
• Downloaded audio is replaced, not accumulated. It stays on your device until you remove it or uninstall the app, with one exception: if you change the voice or language it was downloaded in, or reduce how much you keep offline, the audio that is no longer needed is replaced by the new selection once that has downloaded.
• A limited number of decks can be kept offline at once — currently 25. When you reach that limit, downloading another deck requires removing one first; we do not silently delete a deck you chose to keep.
• Downloading requires free space on your device. If there is not enough space, a download may fail or finish only in part. You can remove downloaded content at any time, including with no connection, to free space.

Offline availability is provided on a best-effort basis and is not a guarantee of uninterrupted play. Content must be downloaded while you are online, downloads can fail, and some features continue to require a connection. You should not rely on offline mode in circumstances where an interruption would be harmful.

Subscriptions and Purchases

MileSmile offers both free and premium features. Premium features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.

Available Purchase Options

We offer the following purchase options:

• Week Pass: 7-day access to premium features ($2.99)
• Monthly Subscription: Auto-renewing monthly access ($7.99/month)
• Annual Subscription: Auto-renewing yearly access ($39.99/year)

Prices may vary by region and are subject to applicable taxes. All prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.

Auto-Renewal and Billing

Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon purchase confirmation. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new premium subscribers (typically 7 days). If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the standard rate. You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings:

• iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → MileSmile → Cancel Subscription
• Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → MileSmile → Cancel Subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that time.

Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play, and refunds are subject to their respective refund policies:

• Apple App Store: Request refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google Play: Request refunds through your Google Play account within 48 hours of purchase

We do not directly control refunds. Please contact Apple or Google support for refund requests.

Restore Purchases

If you purchased premium features and need to restore them on a new device, use the "Restore Purchases" option in the app settings. This will verify your purchase history with Apple or Google and restore your access.

Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. For existing subscribers, price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after we notify you of the change. You will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

Limitation of Liability

MileSmile is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of MileSmile at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms and Conditions periodically.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to MileSmile at our discretion, particularly if you violate these terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Moldova. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels in Moldova.
