MileSmile is a family-friendly app operated by BIXMO SRL that provides interactive games and activities designed to help groups of people have fun together, get to know each other better, and explore new areas together.
As a user of MileSmile, you agree to:
The MileSmile app, including its games, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without permission.
Content you create within the app (team names, topics, etc.) remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it to provide our services.
MileSmile uses AI technology to generate game content. While we strive for quality and appropriateness, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content.
MileSmile is designed to be suitable for all ages. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to content that is not appropriate for a family-friendly environment.
MileSmile offers both free and premium features. Premium features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
We offer the following purchase options:
Prices may vary by region and are subject to applicable taxes. All prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.
Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon purchase confirmation. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
We may offer a free trial period for new premium subscribers (typically 14 days). If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the standard rate. You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that time.
All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play, and refunds are subject to their respective refund policies:
We do not directly control refunds. Please contact Apple or Google support for refund requests.
If you purchased premium features and need to restore them on a new device, use the "Restore Purchases" option in the app settings. This will verify your purchase history with Apple or Google and restore your access.
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. For existing subscribers, price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after we notify you of the change. You will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.
MileSmile is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of MileSmile at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms and Conditions periodically.
We may terminate or suspend your access to MileSmile at our discretion, particularly if you violate these terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Moldova. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels in Moldova.
